Ingredients

  • 2 cupleftover cooked rice
  • 1 cupGram flour
  • 2 tbspgrated beetroot (optional)
  • 2-3fine chooped green chilli
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tspajwain(carrom) seeds
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl, take cooked leftover rice and add all the mentioned ingredients.

  2. 2

    Mix everything well and make pakoda batter.

  3. 3

    Now Heat oil on medium heat.

  4. 4

    When oil is hot enough drop bite size ball in the oil.

  5. 5

    Fry them till they are golden brown and crisp.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with green chutney.
