Heat the kadai add oil than add cumin seed when seed spluter than add chopped onion and green chilli saute till light brown

Then add chopped tomato, Bean's, cabbage,carrot mix it well cook for 1 min in high flame then add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt then add egg mix it well cook for 2 min

Then add cooked Left over rice and schezwan chutney mix it well cook for another 2 min in medium flame then turn off the gas

Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves

You can skip schezwan chutney(optional)
