Ingredients

10-15 min's
4 servings
  1. 2 cupcooked rice
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 2tomato chopped
  4. 4-5beans chopped
  5. 1carrot chopped
  6. 1/2 cupcabbage chopped
  7. 2-3Green chilli chopped
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. To tasteSalt
  11. 2 tbspoil
  12. 2egg
  13. 1 tbspschezwan chutney
  14. As neededCoriander leaves for garnish
  15. 1 tspcumin seed

Steps

10-15 min's
  1. 1

    Heat the kadai add oil than add cumin seed when seed spluter than add chopped onion and green chilli saute till light brown

  2. 2

    Then add chopped tomato, Bean's, cabbage,carrot mix it well cook for 1 min in high flame then add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt then add egg mix it well cook for 2 min

  3. 3

    Then add cooked Left over rice and schezwan chutney mix it well cook for another 2 min in medium flame then turn off the gas

  4. 4

    Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves

  5. 5

    You can skip schezwan chutney(optional)

  6. 6

    You can make with fresh rice too
