Chop tomatoes and two green chillies. You can add more chillies if you want

Chop it and keep aside.

Take a wok. Add oil in it. When it is hot add pachphoran, hing and curry leaves. Then add chopped tomatoes and green chillies in it and then add salt, sugar coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder in it mix it properly. Now add 1 cup.of water and cook it till it becomes thick like chutney.

Serve it with poori or parathas
