Steps

Cut the paneers and marinate it with salt and red chilli powder.

Take a wok add 2 tbsp of oil. When it's hot add the paneers. Lightly fry them.

Next fry the cubed onions and capsicum one by one.

Now in the same wok add some oil. Add cinnamon, cloves, shahi jeera and black pepper. Saute for few seconds. Add chopped onions.

Fry for few minutes then add ginger garlic paste fry till the raw smell goes away. Add chopped tomatoes. Fry till the tomatoes soften.

Let it cool and then grind it to smooth paste.

Now add the rest of the oil, bay leaf and red chilli powder. Saute and add the paste and cover and cook it till oil separates.

Now add salt and cream. Mix it well. Add crushed Kasuri methi. Then add paneer and fried onions and capsicum.

Mix it well and serve hot with roti.
