Boiled eggs curry

Boil eggs and slice onions, tomato and curry leaves.

Take a pan and put some oil, once the oil heats put mustard and cumin seeds once it starts spluttering put onion, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt and roast for couple of minutes in low flame and then add tomatoes, close the lid by keeping the stove in low flame. Open the lid, mix well, add chilli powder, coriander powder mix well, add eggs roast for couple of minutes in low flame.

Turn off the stove, take it into a bowl and serve hot with rice /chapathi /roti.
