Steps

In a large bowl. Take 1 cup rice flour. Add 1 tbsp maida and salt. Mix...it well. Add milk or water as needed. Make a batter not so thick and not so thin. Just like dosa batter. Once it is done. Keep aside

Heat kadai. Add grated coconut. Cook for few minutes till it becomes dry. Then add grated jaggery. Cook in low flame till the jaggery dissolves and the coconut mixture it becomes gravy. Once it is done. Keep aside

Heat non-stick pan. When the pan is hot. Add 1/2 tsp oil or ghee. Pour the batter on pan. Spread it evenly. Pour the coconut mixture on top of the dosa. Fold it properly. Fry till it becomes cook well. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate

Ready to serve.....Hot...Pati Sapta
