First of all shoke ulad daal properly and put in pressure cooker..with 300 gm water

Take cooker on gas in high flam with in 10 min..

After it gave a tadka with desi ghee

In a bowl take bajra and wheat flour and make soft doge. And MAKE roti and bake slow heat

Serve with green chutney and sweet
