Chocolaty Rice Rolls

Heat ghee in a pan and roast rice flour till light brown.Add milk powder mix.

Add condenced milk,mix and cook on low flame till ghee separates.Add cardemom powder.

Take out in a bowl and divide into 3 equall portions.Mix cocoa powder in one portion.Make a cylinder like structure and keep aside.

On a butter paper spread other 2 portions.Put another butter paper over it and roll to a 1 c.m thick sheet.

Put chocolate bar over rice flour sheet and roll.Seal both ends of bar and roll tightly.Keep in fridge for 30 minutes and cut into pieces.

Roll silver foil over it.serve.
