Easy Handmade Fresh Pasta Easy Handmade Fresh Pasta
This is a delicious variation of a simple recipe for pasta that I learned abroad. I think it's perfect for beginners. The chewiness of homemade pasta is the best. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.Since pasta dough sticks easily, dust it with flour. Feel free to use cake flour, bread flour, or a half-and-half combination of both. I serve 50 g per serving. Once you can make this dough, you can enjoy pasta in a variety of shapes and textures. Recipe by mini cookpad.japan -
Handmade Spinach Fettuccine Pasta Handmade Spinach Fettuccine Pasta
I wanted to eat a really chewy, fresh pasta, so I did some experimenting and this flour ratio was a big success. It was chewy and bouncy - a very filling, macho pasta.I started tasting the pasta after boiling it for 2 minutes about 4 times...You should be able to boil it for 3-4 minutes without the texture changing much. You can use 2 whole eggs instead of 1 whole egg and 1 egg white. I used an egg white this time because I wanted to use one up. Makes 2 servings. (Recipe by Minitan) cookpad.japan -

Homemade Pasta Homemade Pasta
I make homemade ramen several times a year as a hobby, and discovered the deliciousness of dry egg noodles while aiming to make some homemade noodles with a nice texture. I haven't turned back from homemade noodles since. I expanded my horizons to pasta as well, and came up with these noodles. The noodles are moistureless and made only with egg, so it gives birth to a nice texture. When using large-sized eggs, increase the amount of flour by 1 tablespoon. I use one approximately 65 g medium egg.(including the shell). The time needed to boil the noodles will depend on their thickness and width, so adjust accordingly. Recipe by Homard Ebiko cookpad.japan -

Authentic Vongole Bianco Clam Pasta Authentic Vongole Bianco Clam Pasta
I have posted, a modified version of vongole bianco already, but have not posted the traditional version yet. This is the vongole bianco that I've been making lately and it's been a hit among my family and friends.* I have written down everything that needs to be done and they are very simple.* The amount of salt to boil the pasta and the strength of the heat are very important factors to determine the taste.* Emulsifying by adding flour is also very important. It may be a lot of work, but please try going through this procedure.* The procedures are simple; though, you do need to work quickly. Recipe by *ai* cookpad.japan -

Penne con Broccoli / Pasta With Broccoli Penne con Broccoli / Pasta With Broccoli
All of my pasta dishes begin with three ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, garlic and pepperoncini. From there I look for what's in season or on sale. I learned to cook from the south, so there will rarely be meat in my recipes/ pasta will never have eggs. What a waste! Seafood- yes! I just haven't been taking pictures. It's hard to "do it all" I can't yet keep up, but I'm trying. Thank you for your supportive messages and loves. pomdoro -
