Steps

Mix the 1 cup flour and 1 tblsp oil, salt, with water to form dough. Cover and set aside

Boil potatoes and peel mash it and add the salt, black pepper, flour, mint, seasoning and mix well.

Shape it into spring rolls shape

Spread the flour flat on working surface and put the potato on it then roll like mat and seal the end with flour paste.

Now deep fry it in a hot oil till golden brown, let it cool then serve.
