  • 1 3/4 cupshortening (butter flavored)
  • 2 Tbspsugar
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbspvinegar
  • 1/2 cupcold water

    Mix first 4 ingredients with fork. Add remaining ingredients. Makes 2 double crust pies.
