Take a bowl add green coriander, green chilli, cloves and salt, grind it into a mixer grinder make smooth paste.

Now heat oil in a pan add hing, add chilli and coriander paste, Saute it for 1-2 minute, now add lemon juice mix well.

Maharashtrian Thecha is ready to serve, serve it with thali peeth or bhakri.
