Ingredients: 1 packet Hakka Noddles; 1 tsp Butter; 1 tsp Salt; To saute-; 1 Onion chopped; 1 tsp Butter; 1 tsp Basil Powder (3-4 Leaves); 1 cup Capsicum chopped; 1 cup Onion chopped; 1 cup Beans chopped; 1/2 tsp Cumin seed; 1 tsp Garlic paste; 1 tsp Ginger grated; 1 Tomato chopped; 1 cup Broccoli florets; 2 tsp Soya sauce; As per taste Chilli Sauce; as per taste Salt

1 tspButter
1 tspSalt
Tosaute-
1Onion chopped
1 tspButter
1 tspBasil Powder (3-4 Leaves)
1 cupCapsicum chopped
1 cupOnion chopped
1 cupBeans chopped
1/2 tspCumin seed
1 tspGarlic paste
1 tspGinger grated
1Tomato chopped
1 cupBroccoli florets
2 tspSoya sauce
As per taste Chilli Sauce
as per tasteSalt

Steps

Boiled noodles with 2 glasses water, butter and salt till soft(cooked), removed water and cooled it.

In a pan take butter on medium flame when butter is melted add cumin, garlic paste and onion. Add salt and ginger and cook for 3-4 mins till it changes colour.

Add capsicum, beans and tomato, cook for 1 min then add soya sauce and 1 tsp chilli sauce. Once it cook add boiled noodles.

Mix well and serve with lemon juice and chilli sauce.
