Soak rice, urad Dal, chenna Dal. Sabudaana should soak separately for 8 hours. Grind every thing together and ferment overnight.

Before making Dosa add sliced onions, beetroot, carrot, green chilli, ginger, salt. Pour oil In a pan and heat it and add turmeric, mix it into the Dosa batter.

Take Dosa pan, take the batter with a round spoon and pour it on the pan. Before pouring the batter apply oil on to the batter.

Flip a side.

Once cooked properly take it into the plate and serve hot.
