  • 2onion
  • 1 bowlpaneer
  • 1 pinchChaat masala
  • 2 tspsoya souce
  • 1 tsptomato souce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 2 spooncorn flour
  • 1 pinchturmeric powder
  • as neededWater
  • 2 spoonRefined oil
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspgarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped all veggies in cubes and cut paneer in cubes

    Take a pen and saute all veggies and add salt and soya sauce,tomato sauce and vinegar

    Take paneer cubes now add cornflour,chaat masala,salt and turmeric add water to make marinate now fry paneer add veggies
