Cabbage curry with peas

A complete vegetarian recipe cooked without onion and garlic.
Steps

Chop cabbage into fine pieces. Wash it.

Take a pan and put mustard oil in it. As the oil starts boiling, add Bay leaf and dry red chilli. As the Chilli splatters, add chopped cabbage.

Perboil the potatoes and peas. Add them in the pan.

Chop tomatoes. Add it. Add Turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and sugar. Now cover with a lid.

Check in between. If needed then add water.

The curry should be dry. So make sure to cook in low flame.
