Tomato fritters

Slice the tomatoes and sprinkle some chaat masala and salt.

Make a semi-thick batter with besan by adding little water. Add salt to taste, red chilli powder, ginger garlic and chilli paste, garam masala, kasuri methi crushed, hung and baking soda. Mix everything well.

Dip the tomato slices in batter and deep fry till nice golden in colour. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
