Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then brown them with oil in a pressure cooker.

Next, chop the mushrooms. I used canned ones, but fresh mushrooms can be used as well.

Add the mushrooms to the pot where the chicken was browned and sauté them lightly.

Add the packet of onion soup mix and pour in the can of beer.

Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 20 minutes on low heat.

It can be served with rice or French fries; either way, it's very good.

Be sure to bake the meatballs on parchment paper, because they form a delicious crust on the bottom with the melted Gruyere cheese.
