Ingredients

1 largewhite onion
1 canpotatoes, or 2-3 small russets, sliced
4carrots, silced
1Granny Smith apple, chopped
2 tbspLawry's Salt-Free Seasoning (note: has seeds).
3 tspsea salt
2 tspcurry powder
1 tspgarlic powder
2garlic cloves, minced
6 cupwater

1. In medium pot, bring water and all ingredients to low boil, the cover and simmer medium low, 1 hour minimum.

When broth is golden, soup is ready!

Serve in bowls and breadsticks.
