Sub sy phly bhindi ko achi tarha doodh kar khushk kar lay.

Is ke baad bhindi ko circle shape mein cut kar lay.

3-4 Tablespoon oil mein pyaz add kary or isko light golden brown kary.

Jub pyaz brown ho jaye to is mein bhindi or hari mirchi add kary.

Or sath mein namak or haldi add kar ke achi tarha mixed kary or medium to low flame par aram say pakny dy 5-10 mint ke liye

Jub 5-10 mint ho jaye to isko chammach say halka halka hila dy or aram sy pakny dy.

Jub bhindi oil chor dy or ap check kar lay ke gal gai hai to flame ko off kar dy or dish out kar lay.

Mazy dar easy bhindi ready to serve.
