Steps
- 1
In a medium-sized bowl add flour salt and baking soda. Then whisk altogether.
- 2
On the side roughly chop your dark chocolate into medium sized chunks.
- 3
Next melted butter and added to a combined mixture of your brown and granulated sugar.
- 4
Once combined add an egg and one egg yolk in addition with some vanilla extract.
- 5
Now once that's done you can go ahead and adding the flour mixture to the wet batter and fold it in.
- 6
You can all folding your roughly chopped dark chocolates into the cookie dough making sure that they are evenly distributed.
- 7
If you're doing a container and leave into the refrigerator to rest for a few hours / completely chilled.
- 8
When you're ready to break you can go ahead and preheat your oven to 180*c and roll up Ur dough into small balls and spread them evenly across the baking tray (you could use an ice-cream scoop if wanted).
- 9
Cook for 10 minutes and 1 stone leave to cool for 30 minutes. *Believe me, it's worth the wait.*
