#onerecipeonetree
I first tasted these crispy drumsticks when I was a kid, our next-door neighbour once sent this and I absolutely loved it. Those days, way of learning new dishes were through exchanging the food, I miss those days and the personal-touch it carried.
Whenever I need to cook some vegetarian starter this simple recipe comes handy. It has a desi touch. Often people first hesitate to lick and chew, but once they taste it no one mind relishing them.

Vickys Homemade Balti Curry Paste, GF DF EF SF NF Vickys Homemade Balti Curry Paste, GF DF EF SF NF
Balti is my favourite curry. It has a rich tomato taste with great zesty flavour coming from the coriander, lemon and sweet spices. The spice mix is delicious and it goes well with any fish, meat, poultry or vegetable selection. Use this paste to fry the meat/poultry etc in to seal the meat before adding the curry sauce for a deeper flavour Vicky@Jacks Free-From Cookbook -
