Ingredients

  • 1 cupplain yogurt
  • 2 cupscold water
  • 1green chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack salt, also known as kala namak
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonchat masala
  • 6-7curry leaves
  • 1 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to a blender.
    Blend till combined.

    Now take takda kadai add 1 tsp oil after get oil hot add cumin curry leaves, green chilli. pour in buttermilk container.

    Pour into serving glasses, garnish with fresh cilantro or mint and serve.
