Arrange your ingredients....First of all soak samolina in a milk atleast for 30 min to an hour... until samolina absorb milk and doubles

Now take a wok and wooden spatula....these shud be pet dry.....add in oil or ghee on slow flame.....add sugar and caremalized it....

Caremalizing sugar is a slow and tricky procedure...be careful while doing....it will take 4 to 5 minutes...in starting sugar will be hard but don't be panic....after a while it will be ok and it will be melted and caremalized completely...

When the sugar will be caremalized immediately turn off the heat and add soaked samolina mixture.....mix well until to get smooth texture....in starting sugar will be hard don't panic and stir spoon constantly.....you will get smooth texture

Now add illaichi powder. stir constantly then add nuts... dessicated coconut and bhoonofy for 3 to 4 minutes...

Now add kewra water and constantly bhoonofy until it Will be granular....it will take 7 to 8 minutes....but be careful...flame shud be slow and have to stir with spatula constantly...when it will be granular turn off the heat....serve hot with tea or coffee
