Make the thick paste of green peas in a blender.Reserved for fews green peas.

Heat the cooker,add 2tbsp mustard oil,cumin seeds,Hing,dried red chilli, sliced onion, chopped garlic. Saute for 2 minutes till onion becomes light pink..Add all the above spices.Add little bit of water. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add sliced potatoes,green peas paste sugar.Saute in low flame for 10 minutes.

Add 2 1/2cups of water and pressure cook for 2whistle on high flame.Hari Matar ki Daal is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
