  • 1 CupWheat Flour
  • 4 TbspButter
  • 1 TspCumin Seeds Powder
  • 1 TspFennel Seeds Powder
  • 1 CupMilk
  • 1 PinchHing
  • 1 PinchPepper Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine wheat, salt,hing, black pepper, the rest dry ingredients, add butter

    Mix properly like shortbread after add milk little by little and make soft dough.

    Keep for 10 mins and roll out soft Chapati and cook on tawa by adding butter both sides while cooking.
