Phir adrak lahsan ka paste dal kar 1 min kay liye pakaya.
Tomatoes dal kar 2 min kay liye pakaya. - 3
Phir namak, lal mirch, kuyti hui lal mirch, dahnia powder dal kar achi tarah se mix kar lay.

Ab pani dal kar masala tayar hu nay tak pakaya.
Phir chanay dal kar 2 - 3 min kay liye pakaya. - 5
Bhigo huway chano ka pani dal kar ubal nay daay or pan ko cover kar kay 20 se 30 min kay liye paknay chor daay.

30 minutes kay baad lemon juice, garam masala, hari mirchay or chopped dahnia dal kar 1 se 2 minutes kay liye pakaya.

Phir chopped dahniay or hari mirch se garnish kar kay serve karay
