Steps

  1. 1

    In a non-stick pan on medium heat fry fry the pumpkin seeds till the start popping and produce their own oil.

    Fry till they brown. Well I like them really brown and serve

I believe in quick, full of fibre meals. I love vegetables. I cannot cook for one. Rocket is my favourite herb. Beef is the winner but I’ve drastically cut down.Health is wealth (I try)Again, I believe in quick meals.
