When it comes to home fries, I prefer them crispy on the outside. Therefore, I like to dice them into small bite size pieces to ensure can be air fried evenly all the way through and are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. How do you like yours?

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1Russet Potato
  2. 1/2 teaspoonsalt (or to taste)
  3. 1 Tablespoonolive oil
  4. 1/2 teaspoonpaprika
  5. 1/4 teaspooncayenne pepper (optional)
  6. 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and dice potato into 1/2 inch pieces. Soak the potato in cold water for about 10-15 minutes. Drain.

    Toss the potato in olive oil. Then, add the remaining ingredients and toss.

    Line the fryer basket with grill mat or a sheet of lightly greased aluminum foil.

    Spread the diced potato inside the fryer basket. Air fry at 380F (190C) for about 10-12 minutes, stir twice in the middle, until surface is crispy and golden brown.
