Steps
- 1
First, cut the two potatoes into a thin, small, fry shape. After cutting, dunk them into a bowl of water for 30 minutes, and if your impatient you can wait 15 minutes. I do it for 30 minutes so it will not be a crunchy fry. Doing this will remove the starch off the fries.
- 2
After that, take out the fries and dry them with a dry towel. Leave the fries a bit damp.
- 3
After drying, put all the into a bowl and spray oil on them (olive oil recommended.) Gather the seasonings and mix them together with the fries, you can use any seasonings of your liking.
- 4
Last and foremost, turn on your air fryer and set it to the "FRIES" setting. Let it pre-heat. Then, put the fries in the air fryer and let it cook for about 15 minutes. Check every 5 minutes to make sure your fries are not burnt, cold, or just not edible! When your done, just check if your fries taste okay, if not repeat the airfryer step again.
