1 cupboil mashed potaotoes
2 cupmaida
1.5 tspsalt
1 tspghee
1 tspred crushed chilli
1 tspbhuna zeera
1 tsphara dhania chopped
1 tsppodina chopped
1 tsphari mirch chopped
1 tspchat masala

Steps

Take a bowl add maida salt and ghee and make a dough with water
2

Take another bowl add potatoes and all spices and mix well
3

Take 1 part of dough and roll it spread aloo mixture again make a pera and roll it
4

Fry it with little ghee and serve with chutney and raita
