Cut vegetables as per as ur like and keep aside.

In a bowl mix maida, cornflour, salt, ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce 1 tbsp, chilli sauce 1 tsp, red food colour, little water to make the paste..keep the paste thick. So that it combine with all veggies.

Heat oil a wok for deep frying the veggies. Put one by one veggies in batter then deep-frying it.

After frying it till golden brown from both the side. Keep it aside.

In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil, add ginger garlic paste, put chilli sauce, soya sauce, schezwan chutney, and tomato ketchup and put fried veggies in it, then put spring onions. And fry just for 2 min and it's ready. And garnish with spring onions.
