Ingredients

25 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1/4 cupbasmati rice crushed partially
  2. 500 mlfull fat milk
  3. 100 gmssugar
  4. Pinchsaffron soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk
  5. 1/4 tspGreen cardamom and nutmeg powder
  6. as requiredCrushed dry fruit powder(almond, cashew, pistachio & walnut)
  7. Few kismis

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and soak the crushed basmati rice for 1/2 an hour.

  2. 2

    Boil the milk and add the soaked rice.

  3. 3

    Let the rice cook properly in the milk.

  4. 4

    Add sugar and let the mixture boil properly for some time.

  5. 5

    Now add saffron, cardamom and nutmeg powder, 2 tbsp mix dry fruits powder and kismis to it. Cook for couple of more minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve warm or cooled in fridge. Both taste yummy!
