Ingredients

  • 1baingan roasted peeled and mashed
  • 2onion chopped
  • 4tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tspoil
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspGaram masala

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add oil and onion.cook them. now baingan and roast it for ten minutes at medium flame.now add tomatoes and mix again.add all the spices and cook for half an hour at medium to low flame.now check it.if it cooked properly them serve hot
