Grease the brinjal with oil and roast it over an open flame till it is cooked.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds, after onion and ginger -garlic paste.

Saute few seconds after add the tomatoes and all dry spices. Mix well and saute for 1 minute.

After add the brinjal and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.

Bajra roti method:-Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough.

Divide the dough into 3 equal portions.

Sprinkle bajara flour on a hand, place the dough on it. Flatten the dough,

Like a thick roti, lift roti and put it on the hot tava (mitti tava) till done cook both sides.

After putting ghee.
