First, melt the white/dark chocolate over double boiler.
Meantime, divide Oreos cookies. Then dip an end of a stick in melted WHITE / DARK chocolate and press down on the Oreo cream and cover with the other side. Let sit until set.
Dip the cookie in chocolate and cover with sprinkles on one side. And lay the pop on a silicon pad or a parchment pepper lined
