Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil
  • 2onions
  • 3 tbspLalah curry powder
  • 1 bagfrozen vegetables
  • Brown rice
  • Salt (to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour vegetable oil to fill bottom of pot

  2. 2

    Cut up and put 2 onions in

  3. 3

    Once mushy, add 3 curry

    Taste and add salt as needed

    Add mixed veggies

    Stir to mix veggies with curry

    Put on brown rice
