Moderately Sweet Creamy Custard Moderately Sweet Creamy Custard
There's a creme puff shop that is famous for it's creme puffs and I really wanted to make it myself, so I decided to experiment. If you have vanilla beans, it's even better, but I successfully substituted with vanilla extract. Even so, it's still perfectly delicious. It's a custard that will absolutely have people saying how delicious it is.There wasn't really any difference when the powdered ingredients were sifted, so it's okay to just add them as is.When you add the eggs, they cook quickly, but please don't panic and turn off the heat too quickly. Heat until 1 second before the consistency you want! Recipe by Wagamamamusume cookpad.japan -

Basic Custard Cream Basic Custard Cream
Delicious custard cream is essential if you are going to make cream puffs!I add the same amount of heavy cream to this custard cream, and use it when I'm making cream puffs. It will harden when chilled, so don't heat too much. Stop the heat when it has softened a little.Use any kind of liqueur you like. You can easily make custard cream in the microwave, but I think making it in a saucepan gives a smoother and tastier finish. Caramel Custard Caramel Custard
I wanted to make a caramel flavoured custard for cakes. If you mix this cream with whipped cream, it will be vary tasty. "Urufuwan's"is cooked with just with plain flour and butter, so you could adjust the flavors later. You could use it for cooking or baking like this. This is a light custard. If you prefer it richer, replace some of the milk for heavy cream, or add 2 egg yolks. If you want to use this for filling buns, this may taste bland. Cook the caramel for longer and increase the amount of sugar. This cream is still quite runny after its cooled. If you want a stiffer custard, add more white sauce roux or decrease the amount of milk to find the thickness you like. Recipe by SALASA cookpad.japan -
Easy Custard Cream Easy Custard Cream
It's so easy!I wanted to make cream puffs filled with various flavors, so I came up with this!If you strain the mixture, it will make it smoother. The custard cream doesn't keep well, so just make what you need. Also, I don't recommend you store this in the refrigerator. The moisture will come out in the refrigerator and change the texture. Recipe by Chisora cookpad.japan -
