Mix wheat flour, Oil and salt knead soft dough.

Make paste of green chilli, coriander leaves,ginger.

Heat oil in a kadai add rai let crackle add chilli paste turmeric powder and mashed potatoes,salt,suhar,lemon juice, mix it properly cover for few seconds turn off gas.

Now take ball of dough roll it and keep ball of stuffing on that finely chopped onion Vada pav red chutney cover it as shown in the picture.

Roll paratha roast on both sides applying oil.serve with red and green chutney.
