  • 2onion sliced
  • 1/2 cupbesan(gram flour)
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • As neededchat masala
  • As neededoil for frying
  • As neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in kadhai for frying.in a mixing bowl add onion,gram flour and all spices.add some water and mix it.with the help of spoon take batter and pour into oil.deep fry them till golden brown and Crispy.serve hot with chutney.
