Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsWheat flour
  2. 2small boiled aloo
  3. 1/4 tsphaldi (Turmeric) powder
  4. 1/4 tspgreen chilli paste
  5. 1/2 tspItalian herbs
  6. 1/2 tspdry mint crushed
  7. 2 tbspOil
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. as neededOil for frying puri

Steps

  1. 1

    First mash the potato

  2. 2

    In a bowl take wheat flour add mashed potato all dry masala Italian herbs with 2 tbsp oil and salt

  3. 3

    Make a dough with required water

  4. 4

    Take a pan and heat the oil

  5. 5

    Start making small portions of the dough and make small balls

  6. 6

    Start rolling the balls making a puri

  7. 7

    Then take the rolled puri and fry into the pan

  8. 8

    Your puri is ready enjoy your hot puri with curd,pickle, and tea.
