Ingredients

  • 1 packetfirm tofu, drained, dried and sliced
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tspschuan pepper powder
  • 1/2chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbsphoisin sauce
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • Chopped Scallions and cilantro for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix spices, sauce, oil and salt, apply to tofu, let it rest for 15 minutes, on a hot pan, place tofu slices, let it cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, turn heat off, place in serving dish, drizzle cilantro and scallions and serve
