First cut green chillies..

Add ghee in the pan and add green chilli, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.

Fry them lightly for 2 minutes..

Add Malai, mix it and cover for 2-3 minutes..

For bajra roti.. firstly, in a large mixing bowl take bajra atta, salt and mix well.. add half of hot water and start to knead..

Knead to the soft dough for at least 10 minutes..

Dust with wheat flour and pat gently.

Pat with both hands until the roti turn as thin as possible..if the roti breaks, it means it needs more kneading.

Dust off excess flour and put over the hot tawa.

Now spread water over the roti with help of wet cloth removing excess dough.

Press gently and cook all the sides. And ready to serve.
