Steps

Take a big bowl mix besan, jeera, salt, redb chilli powder, hing and black pepper, baking soda and oil. Then add the curd and mix well, knead a dough for making gatte.

Now divide the dough into 6 - 7 parts.and make Roll like cylindrical tubes.

Boil 4..5 cups of water and put all these rolls in it. cook it for 15 mins or till the rolls get cooked from inside.Cut a piece to check if they are cooked properly and evenly, Otherwise cook for some more

Now Take out the rolls from the water and keep the water aside.

Cut the roll into round pieces.

Now take a pan add oil, Sutter jeera and then add ginger garlic paste, saute, then add onion paste saute add tomato puree cooked well, add all spices mix well.

Add water, then add gatte, mix well.

Sabji is ready, serve with nan or chapati.
