Heat 1/3 cup ghee in wok on slow flame. when ghee melts add gond when gond changes it shape(phool jaye). Take it out on plate
- 2
Add 1/3 cup ghee again in same wok on slow flame a the then add flour bhunify it till 15 minutes on slow flame until it change colour. Don't leave it unattended otherwise flour will burn. Take it out in plate

Now add remaining ghee on same wok at low flame. When ghee melts Add jaggery(gur). Gur melts add milk when it change in mash substance add flour and gond. Mix it well and turn off flame take it out in plate

Serve hot. Store the remaining in air tight jarU can used it till 8 days on room temprature
