First boil masoor in water when it's soft drain water and set aside

In a pan heat oil add chopped onions fry till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato, yogurt, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, zeera coriander powder, whole garam masala cook for 5 minutes add beef mince and cover up.

After 5 /10 minutes add boil masoor and boil potatoes and cover up for cook.

For rice boil water in water add salt whole garam masala and bay leaf. When rice soft drain water and take aside.

When mince is cooked add green chilies and coriander chopped add boiled rice. Few drops of vinegar and food coloring, cover it up for dum
