Squeeze out excess water from lauki,transfer it in one bowl,add leftover pulao,besan,wheat flour,Red chilli powder,Salt, turmeric powder,Coriander powder add water to make dough

Apply oil in hand and make 4-5 cylindrical roll from dough and steam for 20 minutes in steamer now cool it and cut into pieces

Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,sesame seeds,hing,curry leaves, add onion,Green chilli,saute till onion turn golden brown,add muthia,Red chilli powder,Salt,turmeric powder,Coriander powder,mix it well, served it in another plate,garnish with coriander leaves
