Wash the cauliflower & cut it into medium size pieces leaving the stem

Dry the cauliflower pieces & transfer them into a mixing bowl. To it, add red chilli powder, chat masala powder, cumin powder, cornflour, salt, maida, small amount of water & make a sticky batter & marinate the cauliflower well with the mixture

Heat oil in a pan, then lower the heat & fry the cauliflower till they turn golden brown from both sides & are cooked properly. And your easy & delicious Gobi 65 is ready to serve!
