Crush all the sabzi with the help of a fork

Add red chilli powder and salt. Mix it well

Make a chapati with the help of rolling pin.

Put 3 to 4 tbsn mixture on chapati and fold it in shape of ball.

Press it with fingers from all the sides.
- 6
Roll it slowly with the help of rolling pin and make Parantha.
- 7
Heat tawa and put Parantha on it. Cook it from both the sides.
- 8
Aloo methi Parantha is ready to eat. Serve hot with butter or curd or fresh cream.
