Knead the dough with wheat flour,leftover dal tadka,grated carrots and dry masalas-salt,turmeric powder,black pepper powder,coriader powder,ajwain.

Now take a ball from the dough and roll it into a chapatti.

Now heat desi ghee on tawa and roast the paratha fromboth the sides.

Serve hot with pickle,curd and tea.
